Directions For Use

I suffer from Insomnia for over 12 years that has plagued me after I was in a car accident and I had been on Ambien for the past 12 years. 57 females with menopause and cant do pill. My liver and body were stressed by all the natural pills I was taking. I started taking the Focus and my head and mind cleared! I am operating at one level instead of all over the place. My adrenals were shot too. This is working! It's not instant but give it time. The flavor is like floral honey. I don't mix it with anything, but you can. Am taking the morning liquid vitamin in raspberry and the nighttime mineral in coconut. Also the probiotic and the iodine. All are working amazingly. My hubby said I haven't snored once since I started taking the nighttime mineral. He doesn't either!

Works great!
I love this product! It really does help me feel calm and ease anxiety without making me sleepy. It has a nice flavor, too. I was feeling stressed out and having trouble getting my work done, and a dropper of this helped! I felt calmer and more focused. I'm happy knowing I can reach for this when I need it.
