Harmony Menopause Max is a high potency herbal medicine to help relieve intense symptoms of menopause, specifically intense hot flushes and night sweats.

Each Tablet contains extract equivalent to the dried herbs: Rehmannia glutinosa root 5g, Vitex agnus-castus fruit (Chaste Tree) 200mg, Paeonia lactiflora root (Peony) 3g, Bupleurum falcatum root 1.5g, Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3 200IU) 5mcg, naturally derived excipients Calcium hydrogen phosphate, Carnauba wax Cellulose – microcrystalline, Silica – colloidal, Magnesium stearate, tablet coating proprietary ingredient PI 4029.

Directions For Use

1 tablet, twice daily.
Or take as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Tablets can be taken with water or juice, before meals or at least one hour after meals.

I couldn't live with out Harmony Max! I have taken one table a day for a few years now and Harmony Menopause Max have kept night sweats and hot flushes at bay. If I find myself having break through sweats I take 2 tablets a day for a few weeks, then revert back to one tablet a day. This product is just the best. I couldn't live with out it.

What is the best time of the day to take Harmony Menopause Max tablets?

First thing in the morning on an empty stomach is ideal, however you may take the tablets any time of the day. If you are on 4 tablets per day, then it’s best to take two tablets in the morning 30 minutes before breakfast and two tablets 30 minutes before dinner. Harmony Menopause Max is best taken away from meals (but not essential) with warm water or juice (easier to digest) and on an empty stomach. Any concentrated herbs consumed on a weak or empty stomach can cause a slight uncomfortable feeling in certain individuals. In this case, simply take directly after meals.
