Zen Sports Roll-On is specifically formulated to be suitable for use before and after sporting activities as needed.

It contains two herbal ingredients (Arnica montana and Mentha arvensis) to help relieve minor sports injuries including bruises, sprains and general muscle aches. It is supported by 3 traditional Chinese herbs to help promote blood circulation, alleviate pain and relieve inflammation and swelling.

very good product use at night before have severe back problem and also roll-on during playing competitive table tennis

Amazing!
I keep one at the bedside, one in a purse, and one at work. Terrible arthritis pain keeps me up at night unless l use my oil roll-on. Sometimes have to re-apply during the night if the pain is too much. This really is the best for arthritis pain.

Excellent product for pain relief
This is our family’s “go-to” pain relief. All of us suffer from herniated discs, arthritis, rotator cuff, and hip and knee issues (old and athletic), and even after gym work out we roll this in and find more relief than most other products or Arnica alone. Highly recommend. We keep them in all bathrooms (applied after a shower is best) and in our gym bags! Great product. Doesn’t smell, smooths right in. Do not change this!!!
