Silica is present in the blood, skin, hair and nails. It is also a constituent of connective tissue, bones, nerve sheath and mucous membranes. Its action is deep and long lasting. Silica acts more upon the organic substances of the body, involving particularly the bones, joints, glands and skin.
Silica is a cleansing, elimination tissue salt. It is a constituent of connective tissue and is present in hair, nails and skin. It removes putrid material from the body.

- ConstipationAvailable in: 125 Tablets, Spray, CreamDirections:
Adults: 1 tablet
Children: 1/2 tablet
Infants: 1/4 tabletDirections:
Chew tablets or crush and dissolve in water.
Acute conditions: every half an hour (up to 6 doses per day) until symptoms subside.
Chronic or maintenance dose: 4 times daily.
Take half an hour before meals, last dose at bedtime, or as professionally prescribed.Warnings: Always read the label and use only as directed. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional. Do not use if safety seal is broken. Contains lactose

Love the Schussler (Martin & Pleasance) brand of tissue salts. I honestly find them more effective than another brand I’ve used in the past. The tablets are quite a bit larger & more solid than the little lactose tablets that dissolve in your mouth. But in terms of effectiveness, I find this brand better.

I bought Silica 12 with a big hope and wasn’t disappointed. It helped to improve my hair and skin a lot. My hair grow faster and stronger. For a some time I’ve got no split ends! My skin looks more healthier too. I used to have a lot of blemishes and little spots on my face. All gone! Skin on my back looks better as well. I never had that much healthier looking skin as I do now.
Over the years I suffered from nasty corns betweens my foot toes. I wasted so much money and a lot of hope to get rid of them. The pain used to be incredible. When I started to take Silica 12 all vanished! I was suffering for a few years and it took just a couple weeks and all gone! I am so happy. It’s the best thing I discovered ever!
I took other products from Schuessler Tissue Salts. Every spring I suffer from Hey Fever. I have been advised by pharmacist to take Combination H. The Hey Fever disappeared. Looks like this product does miracles!
