Nat Mur is the tissue salt responsible for the distribution of water in the body. Symptoms become evident where there is too much water or too little water i.e. where there is dryness. Stomach juices and cell division are made possible because of this salt. Nat Mur can be used with advantage in cases when a salt free diet is recommended.

Great for colds and raising blood pressure
I got these because I keep getting colds with a lot of mucus…I’ve been taking them and my cold seems to have gone and it has also helped to cause a rise in my blood pressure which has usually been quite low; its a lot more closer to normal now. They seem to be better than tablets I got from the Pharmacy which just seemed to improve my symptom control these actually seemed to make my cold go!
