Help with energy
Found I was feeling physically tired throughout the day when I knew I shouldn’t be. Figured electrolytes were low, don’t like the fake sugary stuff so use these. They work great. Within 20 min no longer felt tired after taking them. I crush them up in water and sip throughout the day while working.

Does what it says on the tin
Excellent product. Does one thing and does it well. The seller postage service took quite a while to arrive however. It would be great if there was a distributor within Australia. These products also go out of stock from time to time.
