I couldn’t live with out Harmony Max! I have taken one table a day for a few years now and Harmony Menopause Max have kept night sweats and hot flushes at bay. If I find myself having break through sweats I take 2 tablets a day for a few weeks, then revert back to one tablet a day. This product is just the best. I couldn’t live with out it.
