WARNING – When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents – Vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant – or considering becoming pregnant – do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
Directions: Take 1 sachet daily, empty contents into a glass. Add 125-175 mL of water and drink; or take as directed by your health care professional.

Nuun electrolyte tabs come in clutch when you’re hiking, camping, or traveling. I can feel the difference in my body when I take them versus when I don’t. The Lime lemonade is my favorite flavor. This is the only one I actually enjoy the taste of.
These tablets are now an essential part of my hiking pack. Finally, something that gets me to drink more water
Was recently turned onto Ener-C by a friend and then recently stumbled upon Ener-C Lemon Lime just a few weeks ago. I have gone through all of these in the past few weeks. Lime Lemonade is my favorite and I love using it as a way to give me a little boost in the early afternoon. This has definitely gotten me to drink more water throughout the day as they are really light tasting and so portable. I just left the tube at my desk!
