Vital Calcium supports Calcium levels in the body. Aquamin® Forte TG is a unique multi-mineral complex, derived from seaweed. It contains highly bioavailable calcium, magnesium and other trace minerals that are harvested from the North Atlantic seabed. Vital Calcium also contains additional naturally rich plant sources of calcium.

Directions for use:
Adults 50 years and under: Take 2 capsules daily.
Adults 51 years and over: Take 3 capsules daily.
Store below 30ºC.
Warnings: Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Discontinue use if you develop sensitivity to the formula. Do not use if induction seal is broken.

oleracea var gemmifera (brussel sprout) leaf 12.5 mg
